They help with sleep. Taste is potent. I would prefer that the option of not having them sugared.

Very effective for muscle pain. Almost as good as the muscle salve with delta nine.
Over all our products are superior to the many i have tried. So far, I have only tried the duo one time so I cannot make a fair assessment. I can say each item individually in the duo pack works exceptional well to induce calmness and sleep.
